The Help Desk application allows web visitors to submit questions or problems to customer service or technical support personnel online. The person submitting the information chooses a department and ticket type for their issue and then fills in the online form with a short description of the problem. Upon submittal, an email is sent to a pre-defined administrator who can then assign the question or concern to a representative within the defined department.
