The Member Directory application is a robust, many-fielded searchable database for members of organizations. This application is far more advanced than the simpler Employee Directory. The field names, displays and functionality can all be customized to fit the needs of any organization. The directory is searchable by last name or department and includes an alphabetical “quick search” for fast name searches. The directory includes ten customizable fields ranging from 100 to 300 characters and one field allowing approximately 2 gigabytes (for member descriptions, biographies, etc.) The application also includes a field to display a member photograph.
